Location: Lake Forest Civic Center (100 Civic Center Drive; Lake Forest)

Cost:
Players – Free
Adults – $25/per person
Siblings – $15/person
Please confirm your attendance and submit payment to the Boosters, no later than Friday, 3/8 (we need this information to make sure we have an accurate count for the dinner).
Actions Required:
Send an email to president@ethssoccer.com with the number of adults & siblings attending.
Send payment via one of the following 3 options:
Zelle – QR Code can be found on ethssoccer.com website under donations tab, note the number of adults and siblings in the comments section.
Cash or check – You can coordinate with anyone from the Boosters team.
